For over 20 years JDA has acted for a restaurant client completing large brasserie style installations. Restaurants in Covent Garden, Chelsea, City of London and West London have been completed. Seating up to 350 people projects have included bars, dining areas, oyster bars, food & drink shops. All aspects of the interior fit out are designed by JDA including shop fit, kitchen and bar installations. Branding and styling are included with furniture design.  A recent restaurant is situated in Westfield Mall Southern Terrace and includes a large external terrace with dedicated Oyster Bar and internal 200 seat restaurant and bar. A City restaurant in Threadneedle Street opened in 2013 with multi-level dining and bars.
