Planning Received for Grade II Listed Residential Property in Notting Hill, London

The start of the new year was welcomed by receiving full Planning and Listed Building Consent for works to an existing 4 storey Grade II Listed residential property within RBKC conservation area.  The proposed scheme and granted consent is for construction of a two-storey rear infill extension to lower ground and upper ground floors; extension to the closet wing and; construction of new outbuilding in rear garden together with associated internal alterations.

JDA were appointed as lead architects, working alongside Heritage Consultants, Turley, and Planning Consultants, Spring Planning. Works to the property started in January 2023 and are due for completion August 2023.
