The South Village represents Phase 3 of the Mirdif Hills Masterplan and contains residential units for staff from the adjacent NMC Hospital, staff from the nearby Hotel designed by JD Architects on the Multaqa and for other independent tenants.  The buildings are located around three internal courtyards containing parking and planting.  The ground floor provides some commercial and shopping space and the roof offers gym and roof gardens overlooking Mushrif Park and Mirdif neighbourhood.

JD Architects has designed a modern, sustainable development with local influences taken from the traditional architecture of the UAE. This gated community will provide all the facilities needed to live comfortably in the environment and climate.  Construction on this phase started in June 2019 and is due to finish mid-2021.
