JDA and A2Z, led by CEO Aziz Chahine, have a team of 30 architects, structural & MEP engineers and quantity surveyors based at their Dubai office.

Where appropriate JDA specialise in partnering with local architectural firms and architects of record to build out our projects. JDA has established an international office in Dubai responsible for the master planning and construction of the Dubai Investments Real Estates Company (DIRC) Mirdif Hills project, a 4m ft2 mixed use development of residential, commercial, retail, hotel and community uses. Working with local consultants A2Z, construction started in October 2016. This office acts as a hub to cover work in the wider MENA area.
