The front elevation of the house was retained and restored, the original house demolished behind the facade. A double height basement was created under the garden and extensions to the house increased floor area from 5,000 to 7000 ft2. A garden was reinstated with natural light to the basement. Ultra high-end interiors and services were designed and installed by JDA.
