A transformational design to provide an indoor swimming pool, spa, gym, changing rooms, wine cellar, media room and home office. Portions of the existing outbuildings are to be demolished and rebuilt with the recovered materials to a new design. The design appears to be traditional from the outside but from within the courtyard a more contemporary design is revealed with black parabolic sloping roofs, sections of vertical glazing, triangular roofs lights and timber slates.
